Our experience with selling our house with David as our real estate agent has been great. David was professional, friendly and communicated with us on a regular basis. Honest feedback from the inspections. David had a great knowledge of the Yarra Valley area. We would definitely recommend David McKee as a real estate agent.

Among all the great things I've experienced about Marko, the ones that stood out was his desire to do right by the people he works with, and has a strong sense of responsibility to see things through. His experience and willingness to be open to ensure needs are met from all aspects are top notch. Highly recommended!

Lou came highly recommended from a friend that had used him several times before. Lou has a great understanding of our local area, he listened and worked with us to make sure we achieved the outcome that we wanted. In addition he was reliable, hard working and most importantly trustworthy. I did have some trust issues following a purchase from another larger well known agent but Lou was reassuring and helped us achieve a sale outcome that exceeded both our personal and price expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lou to anyone that was looking to sell. Thanks Lou!

I came across Lou a couple of years ago whilst looking for properties sold in Wantirna & had achieved great results. Lou is passionate about real estate and this was evident during the auction campaign. He left no stone unturned following up potential buyers, providing weekly updates, was always available and compassionate towards my situation. After being told by an arrogant agent, well known in the area, that my home was not worth $800k, Lou achieved an amazing result for me and am profoundly grateful. This outcome was a direct result of all the hard work Lou had put into the campaign. I have no hesitation in recommending Lou to anyone wanting an honest, enthusiastic, knowledgable & professional agent.

Recently we bought our first home through Sandra Haupt from @realty real estate. Sandra made us feel at ease from the first inspection to the last inspection. It was a pleasure dealing with her , we have recommended her service to our friends and would be happy to encourage anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home to go and see Sandra and Vincent. We wish you both all the good things in the future. Thanks again Sandy and Jas

We have engaged Lou twice in the last six years to sell two properties. On both occasions, he appraised our property, in each case we were extremely happy with the valuation. We were more than surprised in each case as he exceeded significantly both appraisals.

It has been such a refreshing experience to meet and deal with a real estate agent such as Marko, and his team. We have never had an experience quite like this, in that we could trust him completely to do what clearly he does best. From ensuring that the property looked its best, the photographs were flawless as was the description. He kept it touch with us the whole time informing us of what the interest was in the property, accurately predicting outcomes so that what could have been a stressful time was actually "fun". He did an amazing job with the auction. we really could not fault him. We will certainly recommend him to anyone. My sister in law watched the auction and will be getting in touch to sell her home in the near future.

Marko was able to: 1). Explain the and justify the value of the property. 2). Indicate the expectations of the transaction. Thus, eliminating excessive offers and counter offers 3). Works in the interests of the vendors and buyers.
