Jess was fantastic to deal with from the onset initial phone call to view my purchased property, taking into consideration also the property I purchased was only on the market for three days until a sale contract was agreed. Communicating with myself and the Vendors throughout the sale process, keeping both parties up to date with questions and answers. I would recommend Jess highly to not only sell my property, but also link in with Jess as an agent if you need to see not only her listings but also other agents listings. Jess is also someone who is very comfortable and professional to deal with. None of the rubbish you sometimes get from other agents who only have dollars sign in their eyes. Jess was simply brilliant.

We chose Jess because her philosophy matched my own. I wanted a strong focus on digital media and less reliance on old home opens and newspapers. Jess was honest and open about the market, presentation and price. She presented our home in its best light and had 5 buyers lined up to inspect it in the first week it was on the market. The third person who viewed it, bought it. Because Jess presented potential buyers with everything up front online, we did not have to waste time on viewings that were not serious. Buyers knew everything about the property before the viewing. Jess is professional, courteous and took care of everything. Highly recommended!
