The process turned out to be easy for everyone and fast! We couldn’t believe our property sold so quickly and within the range we had discussed. More importantly Jill gave the utmost respect to our late mothers property making the emotional burden easier to bear. We have used Jason to both buy and sell a property, and he has always been excellent to deal with. We were very happy with how he handled the sale if our last property. Nancy came highly recommend by someone previously in the reality industry and she did not disappoint! From the get go, she was approachable, knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and had very high standards, which we really appreciated. Nancy gave us constructive feedback to help us get an optimal sale. Even though we were just entering into all the Covid-19 shutdowns, Nancy didn't find this an issue, constantly keeping us informed and made the impossible possible. After 2 home opens we sold! It was that easy!!! Seriously in the middle of a pandemic and an amazing sale price! We are so privileged to have had Nancy as our realtor. Well, what can I say about Nancy! Excellence is her forte! She has so much knowledge and her enthusiasm is contagious! Our house sold at the first home open! If you listen to her she has great ideas on how to get your house ready for sale and get the best price! I will miss my regular phone calls with Nancy but I get to see her on fb as my friend now x
