Gary came highly recommended after he'd sold two properties for my parents in 2016. One sale was an auction at Bargara and other agents attended to see how it was done, the property achieved a record price! We all found Gary to be a great negotiator and very proactive, he found two buyers within a week. Both made offers on my home with Gary encouraging them to increase their offers so they wouldn't miss out. I was living overseas, Gary kept me informed, organised everything and the sale went through quickly, without a drama. I was pleased with the high sale price Gary negotiated. I would definitely list my home with Gary again. Gary, you’re a legend!

Gary knew his stuff, he didn't hound us, got back to us promptly, there was no BS, we however put extra pressure on him as we wanted to settle in 21 days so he had to work a bit harder to get that to happen, and he did! Gary went above and beyond our expectations. Whilst he was on Christmas holidays, he arranged an inspection and organised the sale of the property. His knowledge of the area and rapport he had already built with the owners of the property enabled a smooth transition of the sale and associated paperwork. We would, and have thoroughly recommended Gary and Realway Bundaberg to anybody wishing to purchase property in the Bundaberg area.

Sadly, we do not have a very high opinion of real estate agents so the task of finding someone reliable in Bundaberg when we are not locals was made doubly difficult. However, Gary has gone a long way to giving agents a better name in our minds. His knowledge was extensive and ethics excellent. We live in NSW and with Covid 19 our hands were tied but Gary went above and beyond for us and continually kept us in the loop. We can't recommend him highly enough - thanks again Gary 😊.
