No1 agent in Qld for sure
Brent helped me so much with everything! I was bothering him alot because this was my first home though he was always polite and kind! He answerd the calls all the time even on christmas day!

Not very good
Only talk to man on the phone. He was always to busy to catch-up. The house we brought was dirty and cost us $1000 to clean and that wasn’t everything because we had moving boxes in some of the rooms. There was paint off walls where they had stickers or something . Fat splashed up walls behind stove top. Windows weren’t clean.

Goes beyond a standard agent

Most satisfactory land transaction ever
Having had many land transactions behind me. Purchasing from Gary has been the most pleasant so far. Gary was always prompt with his appointments and replied to any and all our messages without delay either email or txt. The experience left us thinking of Gary as a friend albeit we never met again afterwards. If you are selling or buying Gary is your man.
