Brilliant! Achieved a quick sale for the asking price. Went above and beyond for us.
Brent was thoughtful and considerate when appointed to sell my elderly mothers property in Bundaberg. I liked his style, not too pushy. His knowledge of the local market was thorough and he achieved a quick sale, at the asking price, with minimum marketing costs over the Xmas / New Year period too. Throw in Covid19, border closures, a heap of stress in moving an elderly parent from Bundy to Aged Care in Adelaide, and selling from interstate, it was a sure fire recipe for a nightmare but Brent handled it wonderfully. He said trust me, and I did. Great communication, keeping me advised throughout the process. He went above and beyond for me, and I'm more than happy to provide this 5 star recommendation. (Proves you don't always have to go with the agent that "sells more homes in Kepnock than anyone else " he was too pushy and up himself anyway!) So glad I chose you Brent. Much appreciated all your help over the chaos of Nov/Dec 2020. Kind regards to all your team.

I have nothing but great things to say about Brent Illingworth, Bundaberg’s best real estate agent. We were first-time home sellers, and he was able to provide us clear guidance and was able to walk us through each step of the process. Brent is very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Our home had been for sale on and off for a number of years and while the house was great, it was a difficult sell. Brent fought for us throughout the whole process (even after we closed) and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Selling your first family home can be overwhelming, but having a professional like Brent on your side makes it a lot easier. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell
