Valerie is a genuinely fantastic agent who helped us to purchase our first home.
Valerie was the agent that my Husband and I purchased our first home through in October 2020. We are so glad that we had Valerie to help us through the process! Not only was she very knowledgeable on the area and market, she even knew the property history for us! Absolutely professional, always on time and offered a personal service that made us feel reassured that everything was being taken care of. We had so many questions that Valerie was able to answer with ease. Due to COVID-19 we experienced delay after delay through the bank and had to extend our settlement twice. Valerie’s understanding and communication during these times was so valuable and kept the purchase process rolling. Even during the middle of a pandemic Valerie was still completely dedicated to providing us with the best service. I have no doubt that should we ever sell in the future that Valerie will be the agent we trust! I would absolutely recommend buying and selling through Valerie.

Positive, friendly and top notch. We got more than the advertised price.
It was an emotional sale but Karen made it easy and relaxed. Her experience in real estate and friendly and caring manner made it a positive experience for us. Sold first weekend and no issues through the whole process. We got multiple offers and ended up with more than the advertised price. Definitely would recommend Karen if you’re selling your home.

Absolutely Wonderful
Karen was wonderful from the moment we walked in to the moment we got the keys and went on our way. Communication was so easy and we were guaranteed to get a response rather quickly. She was easy to talk to which made both my husband and I comfortable, especially considering this was our first time buying a home and we where not sure on what steps to take.
