Val is a unicorn, and who doesn't want to find a unicorn???
Val is a once in a lifetime find in the real estate world! A genuine thoughtful, hard working, trustworthy, helpful caring human that actually listens and goes out of her way to do the best for her clients. To find an agent with these qualities and attributes is like finding an elusive unicorn. Val took on the task of selling our rural investment property in uncertain times and after a few hurdles the deal was done. Val is the agent that becomes the friend!

Very helpful and a smooth experience

Valerie - Pocket Dynamo
We First met Valerie and the Team at Realway - Ipswich 7 yrs ago when we bought our home in Yamanto. When I needed to sell a house that we were trustee for, the first and only person I called was Valerie. I knew she would be able to provide honest and independent advice to us at the get go. She was tremendous from dealing with unwilling tenants to advice about who to contact to make the house attractive for potential buyers. Our experience was nothing but exceptional. The finishing touches was on settlement day, not only did she make sure we were all good, but she went out of her way to show appreciation for both us and the new owners. That takes talent. Valerie has that in spades.

Karen succeeded where our previous agent failed
Karen sold our previous property and we were planning on using her to sell again until a smooth talking agent convinced us to sign up with them which we regretted shortly after listing with them. Having terminated the previous agent agreement we then engaged Karen from Realway to list our property. The change was immediately noticeable with more people at our open homes and private inspections due to the improved marketing and it wasn't long before we had multiple offers on our property. Karen's superior marketing and local knowledge meant our house was under contract at a price we were happy with in a very uncertain market (start of the COVID pandemic) allowing us to move on. We would have no hesitation in recommending Karen and Realway Ipswich!

Supported us through a pandemic.
We chose Val to sell our house after a great experience as buyers. We just got the house on the market when covid lockdown started. Val was super supportive and patient with us while we made some quick decisions. She continued to do open houses and personal inspections throughout lockdown and found us a buyer within weeks, when we really thought we wouldn't.
