Selling our DHA rental was a little more involved than any normal sale. Vals understanding of all the stipulations for selling our property was second to none. Vals excellent communication and advice gave us the utmost confidence she would have our property sold within our timeframes and she didn’t disappoint. With our buyer being interstate she went above and beyond to accommodate both ourselves and the buyer. I was searching for the perfect home for over 12 months and had dealt with many real estate agents during that period - none would compare to Valerie. Following my enquiry about the house, I received a phone call within an hour to organise a time to inspect the property and did so, the next day. Valerie was flexible to my busy schedule, was so plesant to deal with, knew so much about the house and was genuinely passionate about selling the house. Valerie knew the neighbours and the neighbourhood and could point me in the right direction when I needed guidance (1st home buyer). Given we were buying over the Christmas period, it was a stressful time in general but Valerie made the process very smooth and we couldn't fault her in anyway.
