Goes the Extra Mile
Valerie is a very genuine and highly dependable agent. Her communication is excellent and she gets results. Valerie sold my investment property in relatively quick time and even after the sale when she could easily have lost interest, Valerie was always very eager to help with any questions and requests. She goes that extra mile and stands out from other agents I have dealt with in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Straight shooter-Very effective communication
Being the principal of a real estate agency myself in a different area I was probably more selective than most when trying to make sure I chose the right agent for the job of selling one of my investment properties. I think Valerie stands out above the rest due to her honesty and enthusiasm. As a seller you rely on your agent to provide honest feedback and hope that the agent is working in your best interests at all times. My mind was at ease from the start of the process until settlement that Valerie was working for me in my best interests. Being an agent is not just about advertising the property and getting someone to sign a contract. There is often a lot more work to do to see the process through and in our case Valerie worked constantly through the process providing effective lines of communication at all times. A true professional!

A sad task made easier
Valerie was our agent for the sale of my late parents' house, which had been our family's home. While utterly professional, Valerie was relaxed, genuine and conveyed a sincere friendly interest in our family's history with the property. She handled our requests, including delays in proceeding with marketing the property, with good humour and realism. The sale didn't realise what originally hoped, but this was in a falling market and an awkward property. We are very grateful to Val and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.

Our Experience with Valerie was Absolutely Great
Valerie was tremendously kind and wonderful to talk with over the phone, meeting her in person was Great too. She was very positive and honest about everything she was saying and she answered and pointed out a lot of things we didn't know about. One of the things I like about Valerie is that she is very family orientated and for us that was perfect because she understood what we wanted and needed as to buying a house that will be suitable to our family. The whole process went smoothly and we never had any problems, now my family is settled and happy in our new home and we couldn't be any happier.

Best agent
We bought and sold a few houses in our life time. Valerie is the best real estate agent we ever had. She is dedicated and detail oriented. She takes ownership right from the beginning and it is hard to find an agent who works as if they own the property. She is good at negotiations and takes great pride in her skills. Setting proper price at the time of selling is very important and you would do well to heed her advice. She sold the house in record price. Her attention to detail, ownership of the process, awareness of the market environment, and negotiation skills set her apart from other agents. We are very glad to have her as our agent and appreciate her hard work. Highly recommendable if you want results like we got We will be using Val on our next adventure again 😁🍾👍
