Valerie was our agent for the sale of my late parents' house, which had been our family's home. While utterly professional, Valerie was relaxed, genuine and conveyed a sincere friendly interest in our family's history with the property. Valerie was tremendously kind and wonderful to talk with over the phone, meeting her in person was Great too. She was very positive and honest about everything she was saying and she answered and pointed out a lot of things we didn't know about. One of the things I like about Valerie is that she is very family orientated and for us that was perfect because she understood what we wanted and needed as to buying a house that will be suitable to our family. The whole process went smoothly and we never had any problems, now my family is settled and happy in our new home and we couldn't be any happier.
