The team at Redfox are all excellent and from my first meeting with Natalie I was given all the information about their recommendations and processes for marketing, costs and choices, similar properties recently sold, and preparations needed. The communication throughout felt real which I found refreshing. This small team has everything set up to run smoothly and quickly when you give the go ahead. The styling consult was invaluable and there was no pressure to spend money, sensible advice that definitely helped me with a great outcome. Photography and video were both excellent and ensured many came to the home opens but others could get a good idea of the property and the location. It took just a weekend and then there were multiple offers to consider. I am already recommending Natalie Hoye and Redfox Property Group to friends and family.
