By following Nat’s and her teams advice and instructions; the property was well prepared, and as the property was sold at the first viewing, well presented. Nat and her team have a quiet, unassuming very professional demeanour whilst retaining a personal touch that enabled easy interaction and certainly made the process a lot less of an issue than it might have been. The questions that I did have were minimal and pertinently answered after the Red Fox team had finished explaining what the sales process was going to be, what was required of me along with what would occur if different scenarios played out during the sales process. To sum this up; Whilst I’m more than happy with the Red Fox team’s performance, I would fight to get the Red Fox team to manage any further real estate matters that may arise. Or I’d wait until they could get around to my property issues if they were too busy at the time.
