Nat was great from the start providing ideas on how to present the house. The staging company, photographer, floor plan designer were all fantastic as well. When there was a power outage during the twilight shoot, the photographer even returned at 5am two days later for an early morning shoot to ensure that we kept to timetable. Natalie and Alannah have been great with communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional also very genuine with how they go with process.

We recently purchased a property in Bayswater that Natalie and her team were selling. From the moment we arrived at the house for the home open, we felt very welcome by both Natalie and her colleague Alannah. We were provided ample time to view the property without feeling pressured or that we were being shadowed as we took the property in. This was definitely a very nice change from some other real estate agents that we had encountered on our search. Both Natalie and Alannah were very approachable and available for questions when we were ready. They were very knowledgeable about specifics of the property and also the surrounding area and its amenities. Our experience the whole way throughout the offer process was handled exceptionally well and we felt that they genuinely shared in our excitement when we were advised that our offer had been accepted by the seller. From that point on, the service and information we were provided to assist progressing through each stage was prompt and efficient. Our final inspection of the property was great, with Natalie on site along with the seller to answer any questions that we had. Settlement proceeded smoothly and we are now very excited to enjoy our new home.
