Highly Recommend
As first time home sellers, Natalie made us feel informed, empowered and at ease throughout the entire process. Natalie's marketing campaign is beyond amazing. We had multiple comments on how her bespoke advertising approach was both refreshing and captivating to our target audience. We listed our house during the COVID period and with reduced numbers able to come through for home opens, Natalie and her amazing second hand Alannah, were very accommodating and professional, extending home open times to ensure we captured all potential buyers. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Nat and Alannah and would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Fantastic communication
Natalie's communication from day one was outstanding. She was honest, upfront and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Considering how busy the property market is at the moment, I was very pleased with the constant communication and updates we had. Even after our offer was accepted, Natalie kept in contact, helping with any enquiries we had. Due to our opted long settlement, we had Natalie when she was transitioning from Bellcourt to Red Fox but this caused no disruptions or issues to our sale, she notified us and let us know she'd stay with us to the end of settlement. It was very reassuring to have such a positive experience and we are so pleased with our new home. Thank you Natalie.
