The market, as it stands, complicated our selling process, as we needed to find and secure a contract to buy a new home. We were so confident in Nat and her team that we went ahead and secured our new home while continuing to hold our existing property under a line of credit (a bridging loan with a +9% interest rate!). From there, Nat put the sale strategy into action for our place in Bedford. Her approach achieved an incredible sales result and—almost more importantly—a favourable settlement agreement that helped reduce the impact of the bridging loan and allowed us to transition to our new home with minimal stress. Throughout the process, it was Natalie’s easy and regular communication that guided us to make the right decisions at the right time and, as a team (all of us), achieve a great result.
