Great Bloke and Great Family

Helpful and friendly professional seervice
In 2011, Michael was agent for the property we bought and are now selling. He met us at short notice to show the property. A friend also recommended him in 2019. Michael has been involved with selling similar small holdings, and had a good data base of potential buyers. He prepared an attractive dossier with Scott's aerial photos and his own internal shots, carefully worded by Tracey. Michael communicated regularly during the preparation period (for ads) and arranged some client visits previous to open days, giving helpful advice on home presentation. He was always available if we needed to contact him, returning calls promptly. He acted with initiative to expedite exchange of contracts where a conveyancer had overlooked the correct name of a trust account.

Wonderful experience!

Fantastic to deal with
Michael and Tracey were fantastic to deal with. Kept us updated throughout the sale process. Took responsibility for arranging open homes with the tenant in the property, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Great Real Estate with a Family touch

Friendly, professional and timely!

Michael and Scott arrived soon after my call and what a weight off my shoulders it was. I could tell from the start that I had found an agency that was going to look after my business in a professional, genuine and friendly manner. Michael, Scott and Tracey kept me updated during the 4 week sales campaign with regular phone calls and emails.
