We had 4 agents do an appraisal on our property and we were totally confused at the difference between prices. In the end we chose Michael from Redden Family Real Estate who seemed to be realistic about the pricing and his knowledge of the market. We are so glad we did as we could not have asked for more from an agent. Michael went above and beyond our expectations with his professional expertise.
