Alexi was recommended to us by MULTIPLE people in our network; most of which didn't even know each other. We were told miraculous stories of how Alexi 'performed magic' when it came to getting his clients the best possible prices for their properties. We didn't realise the reality of this claim until he performed that same magic for us. This all took place after one weekend of open inspections. What a relief it was to never have to prepare my house for an open (with two young children) again. Not only did he make the process a quick one but he also got us the upper end of market price for our home. His preparation for our sale was remarkable. He made suggestions (that didn't incur extravagant costs) on ways we could best present our home which I believe contributed immensely to the quick and successful sale. His powers of negotiation with the purchasers were outstanding and he kept us informed throughout the whole process. His attention to detail, including being present for photography to ensure the photographer capture that perfect shot was outstanding. Wehonestly couldn't recommend Alexi enough. Even if you may think he "doesn't specialise in your area"; my response to that: A good chef can cook in any kitchen. Thanks Alexi, for making such an emotional, and potentially stressful situation, so pleasant and enjoyable.

We had met Alexi previously at a couple of opens & had the opportunity in expressing to him our dismay in not being able to find a property that 'ticked all the boxes' & represented 'fair value'. My lovely Spouse and myself are very particular and had been in a serious search for our 'final & dream home' for SIX years! We were determined that with patience we could secure a near City, high quality property at a price which represented value buying - however after such a long time in the Market we were becoming a little disillusioned. Our favorite saying had become 'tell them they're dreaming' yet time and time again we found there is always one person prepared to pay WAY TOO MUCH. Listening to Agents wax lyrical about overpriced properties that did not represent market value in any measure had become the weekend house open ritual - very rarely did we find an Agent that was quite 'frank' and honest with us (there are a few out there - not many though). We even had to put up with comments from one Agent like - "You're a 'Spreadsheet Boy' and if you're not prepared to pay TOO MUCH for a property - you will never buy a property". Dealing with Alexi was a breath of fresh air... frank, honest, sympathetic to our requirements and was keen for every one to be a winner in the transaction. Alexi was the epitome of Professional Sales Person - personable, great listener, friendly, direct, honest & business like... just the sort of person any intelligent client would like to deal with when making a significant purchase. He was all too happy to assist us in any way possible to ensure we were comfortable and confident in our purchase, respected both us as Purchasers & the previous Property Owners - Alexi is a CLASS act through & through. We were probably some of the hardest people to ever sell a property to, the fact that it took SIX years speaks for itself... Alexi is the Agent that won that achievement & in our books that is the equivalent of OLYMPIC GOLD.

This was a development that we struggled to sell during and after construction with two different agents. We therefore rented it out for a year as a last resort.
