Courteous, professional operator.
Ian has been given a difficult task of selling a run down piece of real estate belonging to our parent. The task has been exceptionally handled with unparalleled enthusiasm and attention to detail,Ian's thoroughness and persistence has paid off in the long run,following a couple of failed contracts. No advertising,no open inspections ,sold within a month because of his knowledge of potential buyers

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and professional.
John recently sold my beachside apartment well above the market price and other recent comparable sales. I was not going to sell unless I received an exceptional price and John managed to achieve this. I knew he has had incredible success with other beachside properties which is why I chose him as my agent and I was not disappointed. In fact I would have John sell any type of property in any area he is that good.

A+ for Communication
We met Victor and his team at the first house open - they were "on" and ready; with a welcome approach. Prospective buyers could venture about the property without feeling hurried. Victor was personable, down-to-earth and quietly passionate about real estate. Victor does his clients a great service by knowing the area well and being realistic; whilst aiming to achieve the best outcome. The communication with Victor's office was fast and efficient - all parties moving to make a deal without delay.
