If I could give a higher rating I would. A professional and diligent real estate agent who sold my house in Wandi quickly in a tough market. What sets Sam apart is the advice and assistance she provided in purchasing my new house in Atwell with a very difficult ( this is quite polite ) real estate agent and seller. Sam worked tirelessly to assist in this purchase which also included a setback during settlement. From the initial meeting Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable, realistic with the market conditions and gave excellent advice (first time selling a house and we had such limited knowledge!).
