If I could give a higher rating I would. A professional and diligent real estate agent who sold my house in Wandi quickly in a tough market. What sets Sam apart is the advice and assistance she provided in purchasing my new house in Atwell with a very difficult ( this is quite polite ) real estate agent and seller. Sam worked tirelessly to assist in this purchase which also included a setback during settlement. From the initial meeting Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable, realistic with the market conditions and gave excellent advice (first time selling a house and we had such limited knowledge!). Appreciated the extra effort she went to negotiating with buyers after hours, overall great experience from start to finish. Our house was under offer within a couple of weeks, thanks Sam!

Helen was very good to deal with and very approachable. She explained the process well and was very helpful with questions/queries we had.
