I would definitely recommend Sam as an agent - as long as you want a direct and honest opinion and I did! Sam was acting on behalf of my mother via myself and a sister. So not only did she have to deal with one client , she had a further two clients, the daughters. Not a easy task at the best of times. Sam came up trumps always, dealing with us a a really friendly and professional manner never once showing any sign of frustration. If l lived in the area Sam covers, she would be top of the list. Thank you to Samantha Francis and her offsider Rebekah for the great effort they both put into the selling of our home in the Honeywood Estate recently. On selecting a Real Estate Agent to handle the sale, I had four agents visit our home for a full market appraisal. We immediately found Samantha certainly had the professional approach and appearance, and she came back to us promptly with a comprehensive full market appraisal. On open house days she and occasionally Rebekah were at our home spot on time and always sent a text and emailed us the report after clients viewed the home. In the down turn in the Real Estate market at that time ... and many days when no one viewed the home ... we both feel she did well with the sale of our beautiful home ... and to the girls effort it was sold within three and a half months.
