We've been looking for a new home for little over 12 months, so having dealt with quite a few Real Estate Agents we can easily say that Reliance Melton is a class act. Sushant and Sandy were very professional, totally upfront from the get-go and their communication was just outstanding. Dealing with Sushant was a pleasure. We discussed a strategy for the sale of our home and he delivered. We were with Purple Bricks for 5 months and it was disastrous, not only didnt we sell the home, we were being told to lower the price as the buyers didnt see value at the price point. Shortly after ending our dealings with Purple Bricks we listed the property with Reliance and had signed a contract with a buyer within a week of listing. We achieved the price we set out to achieve which was not easy however Sushants persistance paid off. Thank you Sandy, Sushant and Vikas for appreciating the value of our family home.
