Good service
There have good service provided by agent 'Sandy' of Reliance to sale the land with in contract time. I think there will be no wastage of time if deal further for any buy/sale the property.

Reliance are the go to agents.
Sandy and team were very approachable and have alot of knowledge of the area. Didnt sell our house to the price we wanted but to be expected with the market at the moment. All in all reliance provided great service and knowledge.

First home sellers
Sushant and the team were approachable and showed open communication through out the process. Our house was sold in under 4 weeks and was a smooth and easy process. It was stress free and thats exactly what you want when selling your home. Sushant was pleasant to call any time of the day for questions we had and was professional at all times. Very Professional and hassle free transaction
My dealing was with the agent Vikas Rana, since our first inspection at the property and making offer the agent's communication was very clear and he sticked to his words & commitment. I am very happy with the service as he made the transaction very smooth, without any delays and updated us at every stage. Property was well presented and we received it in same condition as we first saw it. Only service improvement I would suggest would be customer should to be briefed on all the systems and features installed at the property at final inspection. Not sure if this is generally within the agent's scope but would be nice to see it.
