Sandy and his team are amazing
Our house was on the market with Barry plant for 4 months. In that time hardly anyone came through and the agents didn’t seem to care. Sandy and his team took over, we had private inspections straight away and in 2 weeks our house was sold! It was a pleasure dealing with Sandy and Shaun. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Sold off market within days of signing!
We were interviewing REA's to sell out home, but we're not feeling the confidence or the hunger to look after us. I was outside the front of my home when 2 of Sandy's colleagues were walking the streets trying to find the ideal home for a client who had missed out on another property in the area. They arranged an appointment the next day at a time convenient to us and Sandy was extremely respectful, confident and really straight up and genuine. We signed on the spot. The next day his client looked at the property and the next day put in an offer, he negotiated a price that suited both us and the buyer & the settlement occurred within 1 month. We are very happy!
