I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We first went through a long established local agent at a higher commision and higher advertising costs on the promise of a higher appraisal. Four months later and to many non attended open days, we had not received a single offer! We decided to re visit the team at Reliance after having to pay nearly $2000 advertising to the old agent. We were advised by the team at reliance of the realistic market pricing based on the history of sales. We were told that if we were to give them the opportunity they would get the job done and get real buyers through the doors quickly. True to their word we had people through every open day, and to our great relief a sale within weeks of listing! The team were available all hours and worked 7 days a week and also public holidays! We only wished we would have gone with them in the first place! I have no hesitation in recommending this agency as your first choice when it comes to selling your home in a timely and importantly, a stress free manner. Thanks Team Sandy on a job well done! Sandy and his team (Sushant) is calming in their approach and manner. They also have strong communication skills and always kept me up-to-date with the market and feedback given to them by potential market. Although I have know them from last year April 2018 they proved to be conscientious, punctual and diligent team striving to achieve the best outcomes. At the moment Market is very hard for the seller to sell their house within their range. But this team have achieved my price range and sell my house in less then 20 days.
