The seller wanted a quick sale so with the help of Sandy the whole process was very quick. Sandy was very obliging with issues that we had, however the personal manner of some of his associates could be improved. EDIT: The previous owner just advised us that he had given Reliance keys to doors that we asked for the agents for numerous times and had to break and now replace in order to open.
