Litsa did a great job in selling my property. With low offers her reply was "don't even think about it". She pushed and pushed for the best price for me and I got it. She made good suggestions on how to increase the value of the property and recommended tradesmen who could do a good honest job with a few small repairs. She also made sure the conveyancing went smooth with fast communication. I will definitely consider LItsa whenever I have another property to sell.

My family and I had been looking for the past 6 months for a place we can call home, after 20 years of renting we were finally about to purchase our first home. The market wasn't getting any easier and we were looking for a home to suit our needs and a home that didn't need any urgent repairs or maintenance and we could move straight in.  Upon inspection of the property, we just about soon to own any day now, we met Gizzelle, she took us through the property, she was kind and courteous and we found her very comfortable to communicate with.  The entire time she kept in touch with us and was informative throughout the whole process, arranged for a second inspection with us to accommodate our needs even after hours to suit our family. We found her generosity nurturing and not at all what we would normally expect from sales representatives.  If there is one thing we loathe most, it's a pushy salesperson but Gizzelle exceeded our expectations.   Thank you so much Gizzelle and we wish you and your family all the best in your future endeavors.  Highly recommend I only apologize that it took me so long to find the words because there would not be enough space to go on.
