Litsa is a very dedicated agent and clearly takes the time to get to know her clients and their homes. She went out of her way to allow us through on a private Sunday viewing after seeing it on the Saturday and falling in love. Litsa was incredibly friendly and comes across as very genuine - unlike other agents we have dealt with she was not pushy and was honest with us at all times. I admire that she gives back to the community through volunteering and seems to really care about her clients rather than just chasing the money. I would highly recommend Litsa and am so glad we had the fortune of dealing with her to purchase our dream home.

Litsa was very communicative throughout the process. From the first show day to the auction she always returned my calls and texts and I found that reassuring. She wasn't overly pushy either which is a refreshing change.

Litsa is a wonderful agent. She took the time to keep in contact with me on properties that were within my budget and requirements. This property hadn't been advertised and Litsa rang me to give me the first opportunity to view it. I loved the house and bought it. Thank you Litsa for your amazing service. Nancy
