This is The feedback... The reason i appointed Gizzelle was because she sold my brother Daniel Liendo's unit in Werrington. I trusted my brother and his wife Sheila on their judgement about Gizzelle in selling our house. The first day I met her I thought to myself that she seems like a really genuine person and also very trustworthy. There was something about Gizzelle that made me think she was a natural in selling properties. She has this easy going personality but determination in getting the price we wanted and she worked really hard to get it. I would like to point out that I interviewed 3 of the best local real estate agents before Gizzelle, but none of them come even close to her. They said negative things like the area wasn't great, putting the property down also just to reduce the price we wanted. Gizzelle not once mentioned anything negative. She showed full confidence that she will get house sold and for the price also. I would also like to point out that I was an ex Real Estate agent with 3 years experience and I also was a manager of stores in sales, plus I used to sell insurance as well. But I know this for a fact that if I had Gizzelle as competition to sell, I would worry as I think she would run rings around me.! She would make me look like an amateur compared to her. I strongly believe that Gizzelle has a lovely caring personality that wants to genuinely help other people. I think that will make her very successful in her professional Property Sales Career.
