Manyel knowledge of the area was unbelievable , if you had a question he knew the answer, but really if you just want an honest, reliable , straight talking agent, Maynel is your man. If Maynel said he was doing something he did it, you didn't have to ask twice. He was always on time, and would always stay for a chat to keep you up to date on his progress. I have dealt with Manyel for selling and also buying on many occasions , and he always committed but gave 100%.

I had shown the property to 3 reputed agents of this area and I found the assessment of Manyel from Response RE the best. Once I picked this agent he did a commendable job. The property was tenanted and I never wanted to lose the tenants in a situation of sale not going through. It goes to the credit of the sales team especially Khush to negotiate the timings between the prospective buyers and the tenants in a manner that large number of clients inspected the property and the sale executed. Very nice and co-operative nature. Everything done well. But during final inspection I show him problem regarding gas. He tried to start but it was starting after long trial. But he didn’t fix that before settlement.
