A people person
My wife and I chose Manyel from a small range of agents because he impressed us with his confident manner and ability to communicate. We were also impressed with his mode of sale to prospective purchasers. We were drawn by the fact that his agency did not, by practise, hold a range of open days. Manyel's ability to learn about potential buyers and direct them to our property, was a unique and effective way of matching buyers to the property. Whilst we did not quite achieve the sale price we were after, we feel confident that he was able to extract every dollar for our benefit.

Would recommend and use again
