Friendly, experienced agent!
Eric's calm manner, patience, communication and reassurance helped make the experience of selling our home less stressful than we originally anticipated. He was very respectful of our concerns and helped us through every step of the way. His local area knowledge and that of the housing market was thorough and therefore he was able to give educated advice.

Experienced thoughtful agent
We are very appreciative with the effort and the diplomacy that Manyel has shown to bring the result that we are still happy with. We were actually almost given up and about to withdraw the property as we didn't think we could get the price we wanted in this difficult market period where the property prices going down sharply and buyers just sit tight waiting how low the prices would fall. So I admire that Manyel managed to keep tract of the people that show interest and keep in touch with them for weeks if not months. Without that kind of dedication and diplomacy then I don't think the sale would have happened. Thank you very much, Manyel. I hope that wasn't the hardest sell you had to do. Eric did a great job selling our house from start to the end to achieve goals and obtain results.

Fantastic service, very focused
Eric and his team has managed to assist us in selling our house for both a suburb price record and time record (sold in 2 days) in a market that everyone else told us we wouldn’t have chance in while property values were declining. Would recommend them to anybody.
