We have just sold my parent’s house in Croydon with the greatly appreciated assistance of Matthew Nolan and his team at Rich & Oliva. This house was my late mother’s pride and joy and unfortunately we had to sell it to fund my father’s admission into aged care. With the market in a down turn it was not great timing and we were concerned about finding buyers and achieving what we felt would be a fair price. Enter Matthew. We chose to clear the house and Matthew arranged for us to receive a couple of quotes for staging - big tick. Advertising was extensive both online as well as in print, with a video being posted which was terrific - big tick. There were impressive numbers of foot traffic through our house at the opening times as well as by private arrangement and feedback after each was fast and comprehensive - big tick. All in all we have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and communication provided during the process. The house sold at auction for a price we were very happy with. I interviewed a number of Real Estate agents, visited a number open homes and auctions and after meeting with Marco Errichiello I felt quite comfortable with selecting the team at Rich & Oliva, The marketing and the campaign was over and above what I expected. All open homes where conducted with multiple staff members and professionally run along with private inspections. I collected constant feedback from Marco along with all marketing and reports regarding buyer’s response. I was nervous and with some of process however Macro was always quick to explain the situation and there was never any pressure placed to change our realistic expectations for the property as he always worked in my best interest. On auction day all the marketing and processes fell into place, with a great crowd in attendance and a large number of registrations. The auctioneer Bob Jury had a quick conservation with me to calm the nerves before the auction and a large number of Rich & Oliva team members were in attendance to assist with the bidding. The end result was that it was a spirited auction and a sale price well above expectations. Dealing with Rich & Oliva, It was always professional, prompt and they were all courteous, I feel that I made the right choice in a real estate agency and would happily recommend the team.

I have lived in my home and have been the one owner since 1979 so making the decision to sell the property was quite an emotional one. I interviewed a few agents locally and felt most comfortable with Marco from Rich & Oliva. All the way through the campaign he was easy to deal with, approachable and kept me in constant contact whether that was by text message, email or phone call. I was very pleased with the marketing and given lots of feedback from the buyers Come auction day we had a number of registered parties and although the auction didn’t quite reach the figure that I was happy with, there was no pressure to sell the property.
