First Experience at auction was nerve wrecking, but the team at Rich and Oliva were very professional, the way they communicated clearly from the beginning and their calmness through the process. The team did have a role in preparing the property, our family home was cluttered and they organized a stylist, a gardener and a cleaner. The house was open for inspection when COVID-19 restrictions took place and Marco had a plan in place which he communicated with us immediately and thereafter we had private inspections. The agency informed us of all offers and discussed with us the market, current value of the property. They did not push pressure on us to make a decision, they allowed us to take on their advice and come to a decision ourselves. The Auction went extremely well as it was during COVID-19 Pandemic, we did expect that the house potentially might not sell, however, Marco and his team worked extremely hard on auction day and we got what we wanted. I would recommend team at Rich and Oliva, they are extremely professional, communicated clearly from the beginning of the process and they eased any tension that I had.

The journey of selling our mother's duplexes in Croydon began some 5 years ago when our 94 year old frail mother finally relented and agreed to go into aged care. We sourced local agents Rich & Oliva to find tenants for the properties. At that time we met an immaculately presented and friendly Marco Errichiello who talked to us about marketing the properties. He came up with a concise and very competitive auction marketing proposal. We were not in any hurry to go to auction until our dear Mum passed away last year. During that period, Marco kept us up to date with regular texts on his recent sales in the area. When the tenants vacated early this year, we set about tidying up the property for better presentation. We set an auction date with Marco and he offered advice with clean up and styling furniture. Any contractual problems were sorted seamlessly by Marco in his usual knowledgeable, experienced manner. When Covid-19 restrictions arose, open house inspections together with an online auction date needed implementation and Marco handled this with his usual efficiency. Inspections were done by appointment and we were finally ready for an onsite auction after government restrictions were eased. With Marco's local expertise, auction day produced a number of qualified, registered bidders and a successful sale was made under the hammer. With Covid-19 causing its share of difficulty to the process, Marco communicated and navigated the journey with ultimate courtesy and professionalism and we can't thank him enough for doing the extra yards during these current testing times. After doing some research and looking around to see what agents were selling in the area and we noticed a lot of Rich & Oliva signs around the area as well as a recommendation from a friend of ours who also sold with Rich & olive. Marco was very relaxed and low key and chose a strategy that best suited out style.
