We would like to express our recent satisfaction with the sale of our semi in Dalmar Street Croydon. We engaged Rich & Oliva as out selling agents and found Marco and his whole team quite impressive to deal with, each having small and specific rolls that that all together they do so well and without a fuss. Naturally we were worried about selling in the current market however we felt confident that our home would be well presented and in good hands having seen Rich & Oliva’s track record in our area for many years. The marketing was great and the video presentation looks outstanding, our opens were well attended and the feedback we received constantly kept us fully informed every week of the campaign. Come auction day we had a clear understanding of who was interested and a good guide of what pricing we could expect to achieve. We would like to thank Marco and all the staff again for all your efforts. Adrian

We originally met Marco back in 2008 when we were looking to purchase a property. We didn’t purchase from him however he did offer great service and kept in touch with us until we were ready to sell. Marco and the team had achieved great results for semis around Croydon Park and we were confident he would achieve a great result if we gave him our property to sell. We were impressed with their marketing strategy, where they initially conducted an off market campaign followed by an extensive on market campaign which resulted in a great price prior to auction. We found that during the campaign Marco kept us informed, was extremely professional and always worked in our best interests. We would highly recommend Marco from Rich & Oliva.

I have been dealing with Rich and Oliva's Armandi Erichiello as a property manager and sales agent for 20 years. It has been a very easy journey thanks to his professionalism, knowledge and care during that time. Armando and the teams' understanding of the market are unsurpassed. The whole process of selling from beginning to end was fast, smooth and courteous to all party's needs - a rarity these days! Nothing was too much and trouble and Armando's easy going nature, positivity and flexibility made an emotional experience also a pleasant one. The teams' work ethic was second to none and this excellent sales result, above the asking price, reflects this. I can not thank Armando enough and thoroughly recommend this trustworthy family business to anyone.

Our neighbours had sold their property with Marco and had had a great experience with him. Upon meeting Marco we were very impressed with his professionalism and knew his extensive local database would be beneficial to the sale of our home. Throughout the marketing campaign we were always kept well informed and Marco discussed the progress of the sale in a transparent and honest manner. Marco secured a great outcome, selling prior to auction, at a price we were very happy with. We have no hesitation recommending Marco to any potential seller or purchaser.

Dear Marco Wade and I would like to thank you again for all the hard work you and your brother Riccardo put into the sale of our villa. The advice we received from how to present the villa to and all the feedback letters and calls with our options and even to not sell on auction day showed you had our best interests at hand every step of the way and we didn’t feel pressured at all. The amount of communication during the whole process was great we always knew where we were at with the progress. The professionalism shown in this uncertain market and during the negotiating and navigating through contract changes, solicitors and explaining the finer details held ease our minds. Thank you again for all the efforts involved by all the Rich & Oliva team throughout the sale and we look forward to dealing with you in the future. Erin

As I am in the mortgage industry writing loans for my customers I come across many agents, however Marco has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend him. Jackie

Excellent marketing and photography of the property... Excellent dealing with the tenant to negotiate access for photos and inspections. Disappointed with Marc'o's negotiation of the price.. He e-mailed the purchasers saying I "suggested an increase in price".. That was a very weak attempt at negotiation of a suitable price and I felt we may have lost a few $1000 there as of course the purchaser said they couldn't offer more.

I am writing to you to express our gratitude for the work done recently with the sale of our property. As a repeat customer of yours via Rich and Oliva, we were very satisfied with the service and level of knowledge provided through the process. You were honest, patient and reasonable but more than that you also made the effort to follow up and provide genuine customer service, something we appreciated very much. I would highly recommend Rich and Oliva to our friends and family and thank you genuinely for the diligent work undertaken for us.

Marco and his team put a lot of work into the recent sale (auction) of our home. As a result, we achieved the best possible price, given today's market. We deeply appreciated his patience with all our questions regarding the auction process itself, so that, in the end we had a clear understanding of what to expect. At no point during the entire proceeding did we feel pressured into anything we were uncomfortable with for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend Marco and his team to anyone looking for a reputable, friendly & professional local agent.

After a bad experience with one of the national agency we went to Marco. Importantly he did everything that he said he was going to do and kept us informed at all times. He and the company did not put a foot wrong. If you want ease of mind go to Marco and Rich and Oliva.

We loved working with Marco. He was open, honest and flexible and we felt that he really understood what we were after, which lead to us finding our new home in a suburb that we love.
