We chose Marco Errichiello and the team at Rich and Oliva for the experience they have with the Ashbury Ashfield Burwood area. They are a family business and have served the community well over 26 years. We didn't at the time realise though the quality of what we would receive. From the outset Marco was friendly yet professional and not over the top with false promises that we have experienced with agents in the past. Along the way before preparing our home for sale he kept in contact and encouraged us. We did a lot of hard work in setting up for inspections and photos. This was met with appreciation and enthusiasm in wanting to sell our property for us and achieve the best possible price. Also the team around him were friendly down to earth and helpful particularly the photographer. We couldn't fault the advertising as you can see online. Also numerous newspaper and brochure ads were provided. It is an emotional time for anyone going through this process and Marco talked us through these stages calmly and with patience. Opening times can be a challenge with some people who come to inspect but he and his team managed them with politeness and integrity. Auction Day brought many people through our doors and again he kept us calm and made sure we were his main concern. His negotiation after the auction brought us a price we and the new owners were very happy with with no doubt that had it not happened that way he would've kept working for us till he got us over the line. Having mutual respect made a big difference to the experiences we have had in the past with agents who have no relationship qualities at all.
