We called Marco from Rich & Oliva because they had a great name in the marketplace and as he has been selling locally for a long time. After meeting with Marco we felt relaxed and confident we were choosing the right person & firm with the experience and staff to market our family property and achieve a great result. All the way through the campaign we were kept completely informed with lots of phone calls, weekly written updates and copies of all the marketing. He attended every open home including Sunday inspections, we were happy with this service. On the week of the Auction he explained to us exactly what was going to happen on the Auction day and our options. On Auction day we were pleased to see a backyard full of people and lots of active buyers. We were very pleased with the final result. For those wishing to sell locally I think Rich & Oliva are the best choice.

Once we made the difficult decision to sell our house, it was an easy choice to appoint Rich and Oliva as our agent. Their reputation as the top agency for the local area is unsurpassed and having now had first hand experience with Rich and Oliva we can now say this reputation is hard won and well deserved. Selling our house was a stressful event but we felt well supported by the team and trusted their experience. Marco was always responsive and sensitive to our concerns while offering frank and sage advice. Appointments were flexible to fit in with our timetable. He went with our preferred open times of Saturday and Sunday afternoon and showed his dedication by opening up even over the Easter weekend!
