You explained everything to me in simple terms either in person or on the phone, and then you followed everything up in writing. You gave me a plan from the beginning that explained the entire process from the start of negotiations until the completion of the sale, including open house dates, advertising, costs, the Auction details and any other relevant details that I needed to know. You made yourself available at all times on your mobile, and you answered calls, texts and emails very promptly. I also felt that the long association with the people of Ashbury that you and Rich and Oliva have, and your extensive knowledge of the area was a great asset to have in our favour. The Auction day was conducted in a very relaxed and professional way, the Auctioneer was superb, and the result of the Auction was everything that we anticipated and more. I picked Marco Errichillo out of the local paper after reading his descriptions of properties he had for sale. I did the various research after that eg. Office location, sales record, listings etc etc. i invited Marco for a chat way before my property was going up for sale and found him to be someone who was happy to listen and answer all my questions without imposing his will.
