When we met Marco he seemed very knowledgeable and was very relaxed and easy to deal with. He listened to us and presented us with good options as to how to market the property and what we should expect in the process. Working with Rich & Oliva to sell our Croydon Park apartment was a great experience. We felt very confident from the get-go that we were with the right agent due to Riccardo’s experience and expertise and level and style of communication. During price negotiations with buyers, Riccardo listened to our preferences and provided us with advice without pushing us in any direction. He never pushed our price expectations or pricing down in order to secure a sale. The logistical assistance Riccardo provided went beyond what was required which was really helpful as we work far away from the apartment – we really appreciated this. Although Rich & Oliva have a high workload, Riccardo was available whenever we needed something and promptly responded and settled our queries. We felt there was no issue raised that was too big or small for him to handle. Riccardo’s knowledge of the marker is evident and gave us confidence throughout the process. Riccardo did excellent follow-ups with those who viewed the apartment and throughout the process we were kept well-informed about the potential buyers and we knew what to expect on auction day. We were out of town on Auction day and the team went to great lengths to make us feel like we were there via phone and by utilising an app that allowed us to view the Auction – this was a great addition!
