We engaged the services of Marco from Rich & Oliva to sell our family home in Ashbury NSW. It's not hard to see why with a simple search of sold properties in Ashbury NSW where you'll find he's sold a very large number of properties compared to all other agents and agencies. Rich & Oliva were up front with their fees and expectations of the process and always professional to deal with. We were updated with every group that went through and their feedback. I would highly recommend Marco and the Rich & Oliver team We were quite nervous when selling our first home, especially during COVID, but Marco and his team made it stress-free and easy. Marco never put pressure on us, and as a first-time seller, he always gave us valuable insights into the current market conditions before offering his advice. It’s not easy always having to prepare your place so that it’s always presentable and ensure you’re free often for inspections, however, Marco was very respectful when asking to bring buyers through for inspections and always made sure it worked for us and our schedule. After each inspection, we were always kept up to date with how the inspections went, offered more advice and Marco was open to our opinion and feedback. We were quite happy with selling our apartment and I’d definitely recommend the Rich & Oliver team to people I know who want to sell fast, easy and stress-free.

We’ve known Marco from Rich & Oliva for a number of years and when the time came to sell our apartment in Belmore they were the right team for the job. He had the unit beautifully prepared by having it painted throughout and had the stylist come through to lay some beautiful furniture that completed the presentation of the property. He then created a great video, very large signboard, a strong social media marketing campaign, with really a strong presence across realestate.com.au and domain.com.au which resulted in us achieving a great price for our property and being sold in a reasonable amount of time. The team is not only professional, hardworking and diligent but also very friendly, always approachable and kept us completely informed.

Marco and the team excelled when they sold our family home. They were professional and personable at the same time.
