After buying a house from Richard we looked no further when we were looking for an agent to sell our unit. He goes about the call of duty to get the job done. He made the experience stress free and was really professional on how he operates. The number of people he got through to view our property was amazing. His communication throughout the entire process was second to none and always kept us in the loop. What stood out for me was his phone calls to us while he was overseas on a family holiday , this man does not stop working which we really valued at that time. I seriously don't know if there is an agent out there that will out perform Richard. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

15 January 2018 I'm not a new player in the real estate market. I've been around for some time. Recently, Ken Miyagawa sold my property not only in very difficult times (falling market) but under extremely difficult circumstances as well. Ken made it happen!! Only Ken can do it. He is the Best! Look no further. He is very prompt and efficient in his communication and organisational skills. He is quick to get back to me whenever I have a question. He kept me informed of all inspections with accurate, honest and valuable feedback. He would go the extra mile to for you which is very valuable. Ken and Matthew are a good team and both of them were encouraging but realistic in the expectations I should have regarding the sale outcome.
