It gives us great pleasure to review Ken, with who we had the opportunity to deal with in terms of our recent (June, 2018) purchase at 89/1 Railway Parade, Burwood, NSW 2134. Substantiating the 'Review Title' herewith which claims that 'Ken bears strong potential to shine', the following goes on to provide evidence that he not only lives his name (KEN) but the job he does! K(nowledgeable): we found him as someone who is not only passionate about his role but lives his passion to being informed of the market trends. In terms of our purchase, for example, he was astute enough to bring to light comparable properties in the area that were on sale with strong evidence as to why our target one was worth its value. That's the 'K' attribute of Ken!!! E(fficient): anyone dealing with him would utterly lie if they claim him to be not efficient. In terms of our purchase, for example, he was fast as lightning to get all associated paperwork done and that too, to the extent of visiting our respective workplaces and/or residence to obtaining our signatures. The 'E' here can also be argued to him being an E(mpathetic) one who, understanding that we lacked mobility attributed to our one-year old child, kindly offered to do the running around.
