Professional and engaging communicator

Lucas Garafano was the consummate professional, both in manner and dress. His communication with us was frequent, and his patience unwavering with prospective purchasers and us. His colleague Trent James was equally amazing. On auction day they really worked the crowd, Lucas constantly reporting back to us as the auction progressed. Matthew Everingham was the auctioneer and likewise worked the crowd to get the best result possible in a difficult market. Lucas was really committed to secure a positive result, and he was backed by equally committed colleagues. I would list with Lucas again.

Huge recommendation

Vernon was my initial contact with Richard Matthew’s. Great first contact and I felt comfortable with him and our brief exchanges, so that when we were ready to sell, he was only a phone call away to meet and chat about options to sell. Ultimately, my family and I are very happy we chose this agent. Great communicator and knowledgeable about the area and the buyers who came to the opens.
