Ken made the sales process a breeze for us and it only took one meeting with him for us to decide he was who we wanted to help sell our property. He has a great understanding of the current market and was able to give us specific advice on how we should look to market the property, and explained to us very thoroughly and clearly the various parts of the the whole sales process. I also vouch for his integrity as he was open with expectations from the start and did not overpromise anything. His ability to speak and converse in several languages fluently is obviously an advantage in today's market, and while Ken has a great understanding of the local inner west market we still decided to go with him even for an out of area sale. The communication after going to market was also thorough, timely and to the point, which helped us get a result that we were happy with in a very short amount of time.
