I found the property quite close to the auction date, but he was right on to all requests I had including individual inspection time and helping with contract and inspection reports, plus was super quick with all of my questions too. He really helped me get over the line on auction day! It was an enjoyable experience overall, and all of the information he gave me pre-purchase was spot on, so I got no nasty surprises post purchase. It is a big decision and it was nice to have him helping me through the process.
