I first got in contact with Casey about 18 months ago when I had a poor experience with my privately managed tenants. Casey was extremy supportive and provided me with plenty of advice and resources so that when I was ready to lease my property out again, I didn't face the same issues. A year down the track and two investment properties later and I am quite literally singing her praises. She has made it all so easy! You can tell she really loves what she does and that makes such a difference. Casey is down to earth; always happy to have a chat amidst our 'shop talk'. She even remembers the small things about your personal life which may seem so insignificant but it reminds you that you're not just a number to her. Casey, recently transferred me over to Sara and was super involved in the transition; making sure she introduced us so I felt comfortable with the change. So far Sara has been amazing also.
