Troy is obviously very knowledgeable about the local market however, it was a bit of a struggle to get the property marketed on our terms. It would have been a nice touch to get a thank you from the guys who dip into your pocket for $1000’s in a very easy market. Oh and get my right on the request for review!

It's an absolute pleasure to write this review for Troy, who is a professional and a competent Real Estate Agent in every aspect. Given the property Troy was charged to sell for my uncle, with myself as a power of attorney and living 400 kilometre's away, did create complexities.  Troy not only handled all, but was in front of the game at every step. I can only honestly give accolades to Troy, who returned every call, was informative, achieved a price over the asking and arranged everything from property maintenance, presentation and conveyancing. A true genuine man with loads of integrity and one I'm proud to sing his praises to for anyone who is looking for an competent real estate agent. It's hard to find genuine integrity today and given I'm in my senior years, I have less patience than some and I emphasise here, that Troy is the real deal and will honour the trust you put in him as an agent on your behalf.  Thanks again Troy and all the best for the future.
