Troy is obviously very knowledgeable about the local market however, it was a bit of a struggle to get the property marketed on our terms. It would have been a nice touch to get a thank you from the guys who dip into your pocket for $1000’s in a very easy market. Oh and get my right on the request for review!

It's an absolute pleasure to write this review for Troy, who is a professional and a competent Real Estate Agent in every aspect. Given the property Troy was charged to sell for my uncle, with myself as a power of attorney and living 400 kilometre's away, did create complexities.  Troy not only handled all, but was in front of the game at every step. I can only honestly give accolades to Troy, who returned every call, was informative, achieved a price over the asking and arranged everything from property maintenance, presentation and conveyancing. A true genuine man with loads of integrity and one I'm proud to sing his praises to for anyone who is looking for an competent real estate agent.
