After talking to all the real estate agents in the area, Troy came across as the most knowledgeable of the local market. My selling experience should have been a long and difficult one due to the location and type of the property but Troy true to his word nailed it. My expectations were high but I needed a quick sale, open house with 8 groups (40km's from the nearest town) and a full price offer within the first 2 weeks; one happy camper here.
