I really felt Troy was working for me to achieve the highest possible price, it wasn't about getting a quick sale and cashing out. After having our home on the market with a different real estate for 9 months with very little communication from them and only a couple of showings through, we decided to change real estate. From the moment we walked in the door and told Troy we wanted to go with him he was straight onto having open house and getting people in and in doing so our home was sold within 2 weeks.... Even though it was over the Christmas break he made sure he kept in contact with us to let us know what was going on. He was constantly giving us feed back on what potential buyers were liking about our home or what needed to be improved. He made you feel like your home was the only home he was focused on selling. I rate him 10/10 on professionalism
