Adele was very professional from our very first meeting with just the right amount of presence as we reviewed the property we later purchased. She continued to keep us up to date with changes and information as negotiations took place through out the process. I would happily recommend Adele for any future real estate business dealings.

This has undoubtedly been my most stress free experience of selling or buying a house. I felt sure from the first day that I met her that Adele was someone who had a clear knowledge of the market, was open and honest and with a high level of professionalism.

Adele communicated clearly and honestly to assist us in purchasing our house.

Adele was extremely helpful and responsive when selling my home recently. She was always available and nothing was ever too much trouble. Adele knows her market and all aspects of real estate very well, and as an extra bonus, she is also a very nice person. I can't recommend her highly enough.

After viewing many properties over a couple of years, I have recently bought a house for the first time. Adele has been professional, personable and gracious with her assistance to me as a first time purchaser explaining the processes that needed to be undertaken. She has also been helpful with post sale details regarding services etc whilst settling into a new community. She has been one of a handful of standout individuals that I've met in the real estate community. I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance in this field.

Adele, Many thanks for your professional guidance with the sale of our family home. This process can be extremely stressful, even for my sister and I who have been through it before. Your marketing, communication skills and the assistance of your office colleagues were of great help and made everything a lot easier. We will continue to work with you with our forthcoming home purchase Beverley and Lynne

We are new to selling and buying property, and Adele didn't let us down. She worked hard to help us sell and then buy our new house. She genuinely cared about us and went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Thanks Adele!

We unexpectedly decided to move house in early October and get our property onto the market as quickly as possible. Having interviewed all the other agents in Blackheath we decided on Adele -- and our confidence was amply justified. Adele gave us an honest valuation and very clear advice about what we had to do to get our house sale-ready, with good recommendations of the tradies who could do the work ASAP. Meanwhile she mobilised her staff to prepare the PR, an important part of which were the excellent photographs that Adele herself took. We had missed the peak of the selling season (and the market), so there was no time to lose. We thought at first we had a buyer who proceeded to put Adele and us through the ringer. Adele never lost her cool and kept us informed every step of the way about the negotiations -- including her own judgment about the buyer's psychology. When the sale fell through, we took her advice to reduce our asking price to the lower level of her original estimate. Fortunately new buyers emerged and Adele was able to hold the line with them about our price. This was no small feat as she was having to communicate with us while we were in the Galapagos(!) Unfortunately, Xmas intervened and we were unable to exchange until January and settle in February -- the timetable was entirely out of Adele's hands. The high marks we've given Adele across the board are a true reflection of our experience in the successful sale of our property. We should also add that it was nice to be treated as adults/partners in achieving this result.

We were very impressed with all communication we had with Adele Coleman. She is very professional and at the same time friendly and informative. We would not hesitate to ask her to sell a house for us should we need an agent. We were also very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of her staff.

Our dealings with Adelle were minimal but all questions were answered promptly and accurately. All in all a good experience.

I was very happy to list my home with Adele Colman at Richardson & Wrench Blackheath, I purchased my home through the same agency 14 years ago, so its not an easy decision to decide to sell after so long, but I couldn't have been happier with Adele's professional attitude and sales experience. My home sold in 4 days at a great price so couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Adele.
