Ours was not an easy sale for Mark with a number adversites at the outset. He obtained an above market price for a neighbour's place and learning we were possibly selling kept in touch, in a "soft" manner, until he secured our listing almost a year after our initial meeting. In our experience many local agents do not have to work that hard as they have the luxury of the homes, and area, selling themselves. Mark is not such an agent.
