Mark was up front all the way through as I was negotiating to buy my unit. He helped me over some hurdles, and negotiated with the vendor to gain me a bit more time when I needed it. It is rare to find an agent who goes out of his way to help a buyer, while still obviously ensuring the vendor's outcome is a priority. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Mark was acting for the vendor when we purchased 11 Mindee St Coolum Beach QLD, however we found Mark to be very professional, and he assisted us greatly with the negotiations and final offer of purchase. The sale went through very smoothly and Mark allowed us to view the property on a number of occasions after the vendor had vacated so that we could take necessary measurements etc before completion date. Mark's friendly and cheerful manner was very refreshing, and we felt that he not only looked after his client very well but also made sure that we were satisfied also.
